Gluten Free Options

Gluten Free Items are noted on our menu by GF.  We offer a very extensive number of Breakfast and Lunch Items that are offered as Gluten Free.    Most of our Gluten Free Items are made in house from scratch such as Crepes, Hollandaise Sauce, Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Pancakes, and Waffles, Chicken Fried Steaks, and Chicken Fried Chicken, and Chicken Strips.  We are NOT an exclusive Gluten Free restaurant, however, in our processes we make every effort to reduce the risk of any cross contamination in making our gluten free items.  

We have a dedicated Fryer that is ONLY for gluten free items, and also have a dedicated grill for gluten free items as well.  

Please be advised that when ordering items that are gluten free in an effort to ensure we reduce the risk of cross contamination, in preparing and making your gluten free menu choices may take a little longer. We understand and appreciate those that have special dietary needs, and make every effort to ensure that you and your family have an enjoyable dining experience.  We also understand that not all family members may have the same food sensitivities and when orders have gluten free items along with menu items that have gluten, we strive to mitigate the cross contamination as much as possible and appreciate your understanding and patience as we make your family meals.  

Please also be advised that due to the fact we make gluten free items in house, we make every effort to have our gluten free items on hand.  Occasionally, we may not have your gluten free menu items available.  Since COVID 19 we have periodically experienced issues where we have not been able to make some of our gluten free items as our supply chain to get materials has been interrupted.  We ask for your patience and understanding during these times, and will make every effort to keep you informed as much as possible. 

• What kind of Gluten Free Flour do you use?  We use Krusteaz Gluten Free Flour which is a blend or whole grain sorghum and brown rice flour, and rice flour. 
• What kind of Gluten Free Bread do you use?  We purchase our Gluten Free bread from Schaar Gulten Free Deli Style Bread.
• What kind of Gluten Free English Muffins do you use?  Udis 
• What kind of Gluten Free Tortillas do you use?  We use Mission Gluten Free Flour tortillas for our Taco Salads, Burritos, and Quesadillas.
